How to request a refund

To request a refund, email contact@thesheethub.com within 10 days of purchase and include enough information for us to locate and review the order, such as your name, email address used during checkout, order details, and the reason for the request.

Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
